1. Refund Eligibility

BroadThemes offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for our digital products with the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
• Not falling under the Non-Refundable Situations below

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be processed in these cases:

• More than 14 days have passed since the original purchase
• You have used the item in a live project
• You have downloaded the item multiple times

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Email support@broadthemes.com with your purchase details
• Clearly explain the reason for the refund
• Include your original purchase receipt

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Licensing Considerations

A refund does not transfer any licensing rights. Upon refund, you must immediately stop using the item and remove all associated files from your projects.
