Licensing

1. Single Use License

When you purchase a BroadThemes item, you are granted a single, non-transferable license to use the item for ONE end product.

2. Permitted Uses

• Use the item in a single end product for yourself or a client
• Modify the item to customize it for your specific needs
• Use the item for personal or commercial projects

3. Prohibited Uses

You CANNOT:

• Redistribute the item separately from an end product
• Use the item in multiple projects without additional licenses
• Sell or distribute the item as a standalone product
• Share the source files with third parties
• Use the item for illegal or harmful purposes

4. End Product Definition

An end product is a single application, website, or project that can be accessed by end users. Each unique project requires a separate license.

5. Support and Updates

Your purchase includes:

• 6 months of item updates
• 6 months of support via email
• Access to documentation

6. Extended Licensing

For usage beyond a single end product, please contact us for extended license options at licensing@broadthemes.com.

7. Source Code

The source code is provided for your use. You may modify it for your project, but cannot resell or redistribute the original or modified code.
