Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers understand and effectively use our theme documentation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our themes across various platforms
  • Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation
  • Collaborate with our development team to improve product quality

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress)
  • Patience and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Technical writing or documentation experience
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
